My Fault

It’s not easy for many to admit when they’re wrong. Wrong about a person, your own decisions, actions, thoughts…. Instead of owning our faults, we tend to make them right when it’s still not the right choice. Sounds crazy, right? But people still do it…until that day comes when they asks themselves “who am I fooling…you or me?”. In most cases, it’s ourselves. Fooling ourselves to believe this is how life is suppose to be when we KNOW it’s suppose to be different. You know…less chaotic, more stable, peaceful and enjoyable. The major issue is that people are still out here trying to make other people happy and struggle to make themselves happy. Lesson learned! Stop seeking others to make your happiness. Let’s start with apologizing to ourselves for lack of self attention, taking people and life for granted and missed opportunities/ blessings due to stubbornness. Let’s look at life as we’re now living it and ask “is this where I really want to be?”. Are we talking ourselves out of pursuing true happiness? Are we praying for the right things? Or are we praying for the wrongs things that WE think is right but God isn’t answering the prayer? Imagine God put someone in your life (friendship or relationship) to guide and grow with you, but you take the opportunity for granted to seek growth elsewhere, but not growing. Hmmm, try enjoying that loss. So please forgive me for not being who I’m truly meant to be… I haven’t reached the best me yet. Yes, we will hurt people along this journey, not out of spite, but out of growth. So my fault for choosing me… nah, just joking.

AMEN!
Good word…we are the masters of our own destiny… we can choose to enjoy the journey or be miserable… it’s up to us… we must own our actions, thoughts and choices…stand up to them and make adjustments when necessary….we’re in the driver’s seat 💜
