Soulmates...

You never know who you’re going to meet or when you’ll meet them. People will come and go. Not everyone is going to feel that “something” that’s deep and moving. Sometimes people come in our lives to teach us how to love and some come and teach us how not to love. However, some of these people will stay. They stay because there’s a connection that resonates the soul. Someone you can be comfortable around in silence, but can talk about anything. To connect with someone on a level that isn’t capable with others is something powerful. A soulmate is someone aligned with your soul, someone sent to challenge in crucial ways, tear apart your ego a little bit, break your heart so new light gets in and stir different parts of you to a higher level. By doing so, you will not always see eye to eye. There will be those times you’ll have to agree to disagree. A soulmate is someone who loves you with so much conviction that they’ll help you be the best version of yourself; accepting you without judgement. Spiritually, soulmates usually play a major role in your development. A relationship when you’re both equally obsessed with each other’s goals and dreams. Believe in each other...support each other...build each other...trust each other...complete each other. A soulmate will be your peace, not your problem. Contrary to what we may believe, the majority of significant relationships are not of the soulmate category. Interesting, huh? It can be a sibling, parent, childhood friend or someone you just met. It depends on what stage you are in life. Soulmates will have honest conversations about who they truly are, where they lack and what they truly want. Effortless honesty and communication are key. They’re not afraid to speak on where they are in life. Most of us will only have one soulmate in our lifetime...treasure the moments!
