The Moment

Life can be so complicated. However life is what you make it. Still trying to find our way. Trying to figure out which opportunity suits us best. Trying to figure out who/what is good for our soul. Wanting to be appreciated and remembered. The struggles of the lows and the fullness of the highs. Trying to see through a fogged lens, when all we have to do is clean it. Then all of a sudden it’s the moment that creates clarity. The moment you know what and who you deserve. The moment you realize we can no longer be friends, but no love will be lost. The moment you realize you can no longer be taken for granted. The moment you realize there’s something bigger and better to achieve. The moment you realize you’re becoming the best version of yourself. The moment you can dance alone, shed tears and smile. The moment you see other people’s intentions, good and bad. The moment your soul connects with a higher power and/or universe. The moment when it’s time to walk away, just let it go. The moment you figure out how to reach people. The moment when you look yourself in the mirror and say “I love you”. Some people will say “I can only be me” when they don’t even know who “me“ is. Too busy being who others want or need you to be. However, the moment you know how much time you’ve wasted not knowing who you are, your second life begins when you realize you only have one.
